30th Olympiad Greenwich Commemorative Coin

Understandably Greenwich council was proud to be the central hub for the 2012 Olympics and wanted the school children in the Borough to have a lasting memory of the event. They decided to present each child with a double-sided commemorative coin depicting the Olympic colours on one side and the Royal Borough Crest on the other.
