Keyrings

Keyrings are one of the most popular items we manufacture. They can be used as business gifts to advertise your brand, an incentive to spend a certain amount or simply used as resale items.

Our keyrings are stamped from a base metal such as copper, brass or stainless steel and custom made to incorporate your logo, product or individual design. They are a great way to promote an event, organisation or even used as re-sale items.

All our keyrings are bespoke items custom made to each individual requirement. This means we can manufacture them in almost any shape, size and design. After the initial design approval, a unique die mold and clip tool is made. This is used to stamp into the base metal.

When the mold has been made, the keyrings are stamped out. They are then buffed by hand to make sure any small blemishes/imperfections are removed. Plating is then added to the metal (such as chrome), to give the desired effect.

The addition of enamel is the last major stage of the process. This can either be soft enamel, or hard enamel. It fills the recessed areas leaving a smooth flat surface. Personalised text such as website details, a company strapline or phone number can also be added, making them an effective way of getting your message/details across. This can be done by engraving the rear of the keyrings or the fitting part itself.

We can also manufacture and mount the metal keyrings to thick, high quality English leather fobs. Once the metal keyring is fitted, the edge of the leather fob is then stitched by hand.

A host of options are also available to enhance the presentation of the keyrings. These include printed backing cards, velvet pouches and leatherette boxes.
